Veggie Burgers with Halloumi

What You Need

  1. Pack of 4 Veggie burgers
  2. 1 pack of Halloumi 
  3. Frozen Onion rings
  4. 4 Brioche Buns
  5. Olive oil

How To Do It

  1. Cook the burgers according to the packet instructions
  2. Cook the Onion rings according to the packet instructions
  3. Thickly slice the Halloumi and over a low heat fry in the olive oil
  4. Slice the buns and warm the insides (very lightly toast or put face down in the frying pan before doing the Halloumi)
  5. Stack the burger, Halloumi and onion rings inside the bun.
