Tagliatelle in a cream cheese with Peppers & Mushrooms

Recipe Of The Week

What You Need

  1. 4 balls of Tagliatelle
  2. 170g of cream cheese 
  3. salt & pepper
  4. ½ Red pepper
  5. ½ Yellow pepper
  6. ½ Green Pepper
  7. 6 large mushrooms
  8. Olive oil
  9. A little milk

What You Need (Optional)

  1. Peas
  2. Green Beans
  3. Cream Cheese with herbs

How To Do It

  1. Put a pan of water on to cook the Tagliatelle
  2. Slice the mushrooms and peppers
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and gently fry the peppers & mushrooms
  4. When the tagliatelle is cooked, drain the water and return the tagliatelle to the pan.
  5. Add the tub of cream cheese and a little salt & pepper to taste.  Put back on a low hear and stir in the cream cheese adding some milk to loosen up the consitencey.
  6. Serve into warm bowls and pile on the peppers & mushrooms.
