What You Need

  1. 2-3 red eating apples (washed)
  2. 1 Red onion
  3. 2 sticks celery (washed and top & tailed)
  4. Salt & Pepper
  5. 4tsp Natural yogurt

What You Need (Optional)

Sutanas

Walnuts

How To Do It

  1. Cut the apples into quarters and take out the centre core.  Slice thinly
  2. Slice the celery 
  3. Peel & slice the onion
  4. Put all the ingredients into a bowl add the yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15mins then serve.
