Recipe Of The Week

What You Need

  1. 2 ready made pizza bases
  2. Tomato puree or tomato sauce or some passata
  3. Any toppings you like
  4. Grated Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1 bag of mozzerella
  6. Oregano

What You Need (Optional)

Pizza toppings, this list is only some suggestion.  Any topping you wish to add, make sure they are precooked before adding.

  • Ham
  • Onion
  • Cooked bacon chopped
  • Salami
  • Chorizo sausage sliced thinly
  • Cooked chicken slices
  • tomato slices
  • Sweetcorn
  • Sliced Peppers
  • Olives

How To Do It

  1. Take the pizza base and spread over you tomato sauce
  2. Sprinkle the oregano over the base
  3. Layer up your toppings
  4. Grate the cheese over the top the tear the Mozzerella and scatter over the top
  5. Place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven.  Gas 7 / 220° Until the cheese is bubbling.
