We plan your weekly meals for you and send them straight to your inbox ready for you to use. All the plans come with easy to follow recipes with easily accessible ingredients. We don’t use anything that you probably haven’t heard of or can’t get in your regular supermarket. We make cooking for your family as easy as possible. Giving you not only the recipes to all the meals but the shopping list too. We really do go that extra mile to make your life easier.
All the recipes have been tried and tested on my family and friends and have been tweaked and adapted to suit a busy working lifestyle. Some of the recipes will have suggestions for alternative ingredients, so if you don’t like something you can swap it out for something else.
We have a range of plans from Main meals only to full day plans including a vegetarian option. If you want something tailored to you and your family tastes or requirements, then the bespoke plan is the one for you.
It is so easy to grab a take-away or microwave a ready meal, because that is what convenience food is for. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have them, they have their place, but not on a daily basis. We all want to do the best for our family by giving them tasty healthy meals but think it will be too time consuming to do. No. it’s not. It just comes down to planning and confidence. If you know what you are having in advance and have shopped for the week, then it’s easy. Planning this way also helps you save on your shopping bill too and because you know what you are shopping for you are less likely to buy random foods that will sit in the fridge or cupboard and go to waste. You will also save on time, as you will be doing one main shopping trip each week instead of lots of mini trips to the supermarket.
Jacky founded Confident Cooking because she wanted to pass on her experiences as a busy working mum and show you how cooking healthy tasty homecooked meals is easy to do with the right planning and knowledge.
